After items to your cart, proceed to checkout. Underneath the items in your cart, select "Add Promo/Discount Code" and a field will appear where your code can be entered and applied.

Your credit card will be charged the moment the order is placed.

We accept all major credit cards (American Express, Visa, Discover, MasterCard, Maestro, JCB, etc), Venmo, ShopPay and PayPal. Customers can also apply for no-interest payments plans via Klarna, Sezzle, Affirm and ShopPay, and pay over time!

Unfortunately, we are not able to change out the items in an order once the order has been placed. We can however cancel an order at any point prior to shipment. You can then place a new order for the correct product(s).

In short, all unworn (original tags attached, no hair, odor, makeup or stains) items omitting earrings, headwear, swimwear, bodysuits and underwear are eligible for return within 14 days of its delivery date. Credits usually take 5 - 10 business days from the moment we receive your returned item(s).

All orders leave our facilities within 2 - 3 business days, excluding those for pre-order items. At checkout, you may choose the shipment method of your choice.

Pre-orders are orders for items that are not currently in stock but are expected to be available for purchase at a later date. The estimated arrival date for the item will be displayed on the product page. If you purchase a product on pre-order, the item will be reserved for you and shipped as soon as it reaches our warehouse. We will send you an email when the item arrives as well as when it ships.
